The Cambridge Counseling Center, Inc. will offer Diagnostic Assessments, Outpatient Mental Health Treatment, Community Psychiatric Supportive Services and Intensive Home Based Services providing quality service to our consumer base. The Cambridge Counseling Center, Inc. will be client centered and offer many clear-cut advantages and improvements to our consumers. We offer professional mental health services to individuals, families and children within our catchment area. It is our goal to promote a mutually beneficial interaction between individuals served and our community to improve the quality of life for everyone. |

1. Arrange for parking accessibility and office space.
2. Strengthen human resources function and introduce more opportunities for staff.
3. Raise additional venture capital.
The following key targets will be achieved by Cambridge Counseling Center, Inc. over the next 3-4 years:
Goal #1 Improve, develop and expand creative programming to meet consumer and community needs.
Objective 1-1: Explore and develop strategy to increase court based mental health programs.
Objective 1-2: Explore, expand and strengthen collaboration/communication with primary care doctors.
Objective 1-3: Promote a mutually beneficial interaction between individuals served and our community to improve the quality of life for everyone.
Objective 1-4: Offer many clear-cut advantages and beneficial treatments meeting the needs of our consumers.
Objective 1-5: Employ 20 persons engaged in treatment, support and administration.
Objective 1-6: Strengthen collaboration and communication with community providers to address emergency needs
GOAL # 2 Develop ways to recruit, develop and retain culturally diverse, professional staff.
Objective 2-1: Update Center library/resource materials.
Objective 2-2: Explore opportunities for wage adjustments.
Objective 2-3: Identify means to express appreciation/recognition to employees.
GOAL #3 Enhance community awareness of mental illness, stigma, and Center Services.
Objective 3-1: Provide educational opportunities to Executive Committee
Objective 3-2: Have staff participate in some type of community awareness activity. Explore client volunteers to participate in such activites.
Objective 3-3: Provide targeted information about Center/services and mental illness to community providers/organizations to include: doctors, agencies, law enforcement, churches, hospitals, nursing homes and courts.
The following strategic action programs will be implemented:
1. The corporations internal cash flow will fund all future growth.
2. The Cambridge Counseling Center, Inc. will complete applications for insurance boards.
3. The company will acquire an affiliation agreement with a local doctor to meet our clients medication needs.
4. The corporation will acquire a small business loan to meet the immediate need for cash resources.
5. The Cambridge Counseling Center, Inc. will recruit qualified individuals to decrease dependence on a few key staff.
6. The company will attempt to acquire the property adjacent to 317 Highland Ave. to create more office space and ample parking for our employees and consumers.
